After finishing her arm exercises at the gym bar, Kettlin still had one part of her workout left to complete: training her legs. Her personal trainer had suggested a new exercise, and she decided to use her assistant as part of the routine without paying much attention to how uncomfortable it was for him. Her only concern was improving her leg strength and endurance.
She kept her leg muscles tight and focused on maintaining control for as long as possible, treating the session as a demanding test of stamina. For him, the experience became exhausting and unpleasant, while for her it was simply another intense step in her daily training schedule.
