Bert can wrestle, and years of yoga have given him stamina and flexibility that let him stay competitive with a lot of women. Sheena is another category. Years of judo plus a reputation on the scene as someone who finishes opponents make her a different problem. You can see the strength on her, and she clearly enjoys pairing that power with technique to control Bert and force tap after tap.
He fights through a fifteen-minute competitive bout and even comes close to pinning her a couple of times. Sheena just uses raw strength to escape, flips the position, and locks in the next hold until Bert has to give.
